European Conference on Cognitive Ergonomics 2007

The 25th Anniversary conference of the European Association of Cognitive Ergonomics (EACE)

ECCE 2007 INVENT! EXPLORE! aims to provide an opportunity for researchers and practitioners to exchange new ideas and practical experience in all areas of cognitive ergonomics. By presenting, criticizing, and defending papers, ECCE 2007 participants will explore knowledge and research areas in cognitive ergonomics and invent new directions for advancing both theoretical and practical aspects of cognitive ergonomics.

The conference will also feature a special 25th anniversary programme to celebrate the life and achievements of the Association, its members, and their contribution to the field of cognitive ergonomics over the last quarter of a century. Thomas Green, Norbert Streitz, Jean-Michel Hoc and Gerrit van der Veer, the founding fathers of the conference series, will join us in a special, celebratory session

Furthermore, the International Journal of Industrial Ergonomics will feature a special conference issue with a selection of the best long papers presented at the conference. We are also proud that Neville Stanton, Erik Hollnagel and Gitte Lindgaard have agreed to be  keynote speakers at ECCE2007. More information about their talk and their background is now available.
